HisGIS works process oriented and our main goal is to achieve better solutions for protected areas. HisGIS has developed around our core competences: Cultural Heritage, administration, management and documentation.

HisGIS participates in training activities and seminar, engages in research on the World Heritage Convention, documentation and GIS.

HisGIS is member of and supports the activities of ICOMOS Austria and ICOMOS International.
